This is my first product review that is a big DO NOT LOVE! I received this as a gift from my registry and was so excited because it had great reviews online. My cousin had also used this with her kids years ago and loved it so I decided it was the one for me. After about two or three weeks of use it started making a squeaking noise. This noise grew into a strong screech that was unbearable. I called Graco and sat on hold for over thirty minutes until someone answered. They shared they could replace it under warranty, but would need me to send the original one back. Ok, not ideal for a new mom to be breaking down a swing, trying to cram it back into a box with a million large pieces and hauling this giant swing to the post office, but ok. The second one arrives and within two days of using it the squeaking starts again. Whyyyyyy…. So I call them again and they say that I can get a different model, but I will again need to ship back this massive swing. After I agree to these ridiculous terms I realize that the new model doesn’t have a bouncer and it only goes up to 25 lbs not 30 lbs. So my already very big son will be able to use it for an even shorter time. Not a great experience, not a great product. I would go ahead and pass on this one!
